July 27, 2006 - Designed with ceramic cores and alloy tubing to maximize heat transfer, Hot Stix Cartridge Heaters feature high-purity magnesium oxide packing for even heat distribution. Heater leads can withstand temperatures up to 842°F. Hot Stix GP Heaters are suitable for most heating applications, while ¼ in. diameter IN Heaters are designed for internally heated nozzle applications, and TC Heaters include built-in Type J thermocouple.

Hot Stix Cartridge Heaters are available in three styles. Hot Stix GP Heaters are suitable for most heating applications. 1/4" diameter Hot Stix IN Heaters are designed specifically for internally heated nozzle applications. Hot Stix TC Heaters with a built-in Type J thermocouple eliminate the need for extra thermocouples when checking temperature readings. All three styles are in stock for same-day shipment.

Pricing for Hot Stix Cartridge Heaters starts as low as $9.50. Custom Cartridge Heaters are quoted based on specific requirements; call IMS for more information.

Hot Stix Cartridge Heaters feature alloy tubing that maximizes heat transfer and high purity Magnesium Oxide packing for even heat distribution. Ceramic cores close tolerances to maximize heat transfer. The Hot Stix deliver up to 100 Watts per square inch at 120 or 240 Volts. The heater leads can withstand temperatures up to 842º F.
