Aqua-Vu Scout 2 Offers Advanced Underwater Viewing Features at a Great Price

BRAINERD, Minn., July 18 -- Nature Vision Inc. has recently announced new product introductions in their line of Aqua-Vu underwater viewing systems. The Aqua-Vu DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and MAV (Motorized Aqua-Vu) started the season in a big way.

Scout 2 becomes their latest product release. In 2004 Aqua-Vu's original Scout introduced tens of thousands of new angler/viewers to the fascinating experience of watching bottom terrain and fish on a television-like screen. Building on this winning design, the new Scout 2 incorporates all the great original Scout features into a system that's even more user-friendly.

The Scout 2 is unquestionably the most portable, affordable underwater viewing system ever made. Like the Scout XL, the Scout 2's view-screen is housed within a zippered softcase that doubles as a monitor sunshield. With the camera cable wrap mounted atop the monitor, and an interior battery compartment, this refined system is scarcely larger than an ice cream box. Finally, the easy-grip handle doubles as a monitor tilt bracket, allowing you to view the screen at any angle.

Beyond Scout 2's convenience and portability, the larger 12-volt 7.2-amp battery provides up to 8 hours of viewing time. Meanwhile, the monitor sports adjustable contrast and brightness controls, as well as a dimmer switch for regulating the intensity of the camera's built-in infrared lights.

The Scout 2 unites superior angling technology and user-friendliness in a "real value" unit. With a suggested retail price of $229.99 USD, this is the Aqua-Vu unit everyone will be talking about in 2006.
