Model WC601D can cut materials such as flexible polyurethane, flexible PVC, nylon reinforced hose, and rubber hose from ½ to 1 1/8 in. OD. Belt feed eliminates crushing of tubes along their length as well as on cut ends, while programmable batching feature can retain 99 programs in memory. Rotary cutting head consistently produces clean, square cuts that conform to tight specifications as required for medical applications.

Eraser's WC601D Takes Flexible Tubing to a New Level
The WC601D Rotary Blade Tubing Cutter is capable of cutting a wide variety of materials such as flexible polyurethane, flexible PVC, nylon reinforced hose and rubber hose from 1/2" to 1-1/8" OD (12.7mm to 28.5mm). To optimize production and accuracy, five variable feed rates give the operator control to choose an appropriate setting for the application at hand. The WC601D cuts tubing to very tight specifications as required for medical applications. The belt feed eliminates crushing of material along its length and on the cut ends. The programmable batching feature can retain 99 programs in memory for frequently run jobs. The rotary cutting head consistently produces clean, square cuts.
