Measuring 205 mm long with overall height of 30 mm, Model DT 200-SM can handle loads up to 10 kg with positional accuracy of ±0.15° and repeatability of ±0.01°. It achieves speeds to 120°/sec and acceleration to 1,000°/sec². Unit is driven by internal stepper motor and features integrated motion controller card. Pre-loaded slim ball bearing provides rotational guidance. Mounting is accomplished using 3-point base.

New "Plug and Play" Compact Rotary Stage
BURLINGTON, MA, June 14, 2006 --Steinmeyer, Inc. announced a new precision rotary positioning stage. The fully integrated and compact DT 200-SM "Plug and Play" Rotary Stage has a built-in dc stepper motor and controller. By using a sleek and low profile design, it has an overall height of only 30 mm and length of 205 mm. Weighing just 2.8 kg, it can handle loads up to 10 kg. With a positional accuracy of ± 0.15 degrees, repeatability of ± 0.01 degrees, and integrated drive electronics, the DT-200-SM is a smart solution for precision rotary positioning. Speeds up to 120 degrees/sec and accelerations to 1000 degrees/sec² are easily achieved.
The DT 200-SM Rotary Stage is driven by an internal stepper motor and features an integrated motion controller card. A pre-loaded precision slim ball bearing provides rotational guidance. Mounting is easy using the adjustable 3 point base. Options include a 25mm aperture and pattern holes upon request!
The DT 200-SM Rotary Stage is ideal for applications in the Semiconductor, Fiber Optic, Medical/Life Sciences, Optical and Laser Systems and Miniature Robotics industries.
