July 20, 2006 - Constructed with low-profile, 150 mm dia body, Ultra Force(TM) U.9600 compact nitrogen gas spring has linking capability through its G 1/8 port and is offered with various mount options. Model is available with stroke lengths from 25-125 mm and incorporates UltraPak(TM) cartridge technology, comprised of bearing and seal, to extend gas spring life and promote favorable wear characteristics. Spring provides over 21,000 lb of force on contact.

New 10.7 Ton DADCO Gas Spring!


DADCO's new U.9600 compact nitrogen gas spring is the latest addition to DADCO's low profile Ultra Force(TM) Series. The U.9600 provides over 21,000 lb. (10.7 ton) of force on contact. This new spring has a 150 mm diameter body and is available with stroke lengths from 25 -125 mm. The U.9600 has linking capability through its
G 1/8 port and is offered with a variety of mount options.

Other Ultra Force(TM) models include the U.0400 (32 mm diameter), U.0600 (38 mm diameter), U.1200 (50 mm diameter), U.1600 (63 mm diameter) and U.2600 (75 mm diameter) providing force on contact from 800 lbs. to 2.6 tons. The Ultra Force(TM) Series incorporates DADCO's UltraPak(TM) cartridge technology. The UltraPak(TM) cartridge is comprised of a superior bearing and seal to extend gas spring life and provide excellent wear characteristics.
