Designed for applications moving 15 cartons/min or less on conveyor, CASI-921 in-motion checkweigh system operates completely unattended using single compression load cell mounted on 4 in. steel pedestal. It also employs CASI-1100 system controller as single point of control. Included Checkweigh Manager eliminates most custom programming for checkweigher applications and provides diagnostics and statistical reporting tools for all applications.

New High Accuracy Checkweigher Offers Serious Performance at a Surprising Low Cost
Prosper, TX May 23, 2006, Cornerstone Automation System Inc. announces a low cost, high accuracy in line checkweigher for applications moving 15 cartons per minute or less on a conveyor. The system operates completely unattended.
The CASI-921 in-motion checkweigh system uses a simplified design with a single compression load cell mounted on a massive four inch steel pedestal. This incredibly stable platform delivers superior accuracy and reliability due to a simple but effective design.
The standard checkweigh system employs the CASI-1100 system controller as a single point of control. The 921 includes CASI's Checkweigh Manager which eliminates most custom programming for checkweigher applications and provides excellent diagnostics and statistical reporting tools for virtually any checkweigh application. Additionally, the CASI-921 integrates seamlessly with CASI's SolidSuite WCS system software.
