Protective Polyurethane Coatings prolong equipment life.

June 7, 2006 - Rhino seamless, spray-on, polyurethane linings help extend maintenance cycles by protecting against impact, abrasion, permeation, and corrosion. They also provide safety attributes such as vibration dampening, sound attenuation, and slip resistance. Non-porous linings are 100% solids tack-free within 40 sec, and adhere to various substrates regardless of shape or size. Flexibility prevents splitting, cracking, and de-lamination.

PKG Equipment Inc. Adds Polyurethane Coating Service

Rochester, NY - PKG Equipment Inc. is pleased to announce it has become a certified Rhino Linings industrial applicator. This new capability allows PKG to provide a simple & economical solution to its customers for extending maintenance cycles and prolonging the life of their equipment by protecting against impact, abrasion, permeation and corrosion. The seamless, spray-on, polyurethane linings also provide valuable safety attributes such as vibration dampening, sound attenuation and slip resistance. Another benefit of the Rhino Linings is that they are 100% solids tack-free within 40 seconds, resulting in little downtime. In addition, the linings are non-porous, so they are easy to maintain.

The Rhino Linings adhere to virtually any substrate, regardless of shape or size, including wood, concrete, fiberglass, plastic, metals, steel, copper and geo-textile surfaces, whether new or already in service, often at any desired thickness in one application. They are environmentally friendly and contain no solvents, VOCs or CFCs. They are also flexible to prevent splitting, cracking and de-lamination and are available in various colors. Typical applications include, but are not limited to, shop floors, ramps and walls, primary and secondary containment, hoppers, chutes, tank interiors & exteriors, tank frames, cooling tower interiors, material handling elevators and clarifiers.
