NILES, ILL. - May 2006 - CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels USA's Z3 Ultimate flap disc provides 30 percent more abrasive material, giving users more control of stock removal and better finishing results.

Constructed of 100 percent zirconia alumina grain with a poly/cotton heat-treated backing, material amount is sized between regular and extra large sizes. The wider abrasive material serves to prevent overheating and allows the zirconia to break down. The wider width also promotes extra long life of the flap disc.

Designed specifically for grinding and finishing applications, the flaps of the disc are not as long as other standard flap discs, giving the Z3 Ultimate disc more cushion. The Z3 Ultimate flap disc reduces impact when it is grinding metal, allowing users to better control stock removal.
