The RISCO RS915 Ground Meat System

The RISCO RS915 Ground Meat System includes the RISCO RS71 in-line grinder, the RISCO RS503 Vacuum Stuffer and RISCO RS915 Portioner. The system is designed for high speed operation of up to 128 one-pound portions per minute. It can be adjusted for accurate portion control ranging from .2 ounces to 66 pounds with a maximum filling capacity of 24,000 pounds per hour.

Gentle product handling results in excellent particle definition and virtually eliminates smear. Patented RISCO engineering uses long-wearing, cast parts to greatly reduce wear by eliminating metal-to-metal contact. Downtime for repair or parts replacement is significantly less than that required for lesser quality equipment.

Several knife and plate combinations make it possible to obtain different types of ground meat products, depending on the user requirements. A deboning system creates in-line elimination of cartilage and bone. Knife speed is controlled from the RISCO RS503 Vacuum Stuffer microprocessor. The knife shaft can be removed for complete and easy cleaning.
