LDPI Lighting Introduces 229H Series Fluorescent Fixture for Easy Installation

Eau Claire, Wl - LDPI Lighting has introduced a new open industrial light fixture. The 229H 4 ft. 4-lamp fixture features a hinged ballast plate and comes standard with a 5 ft. wire whip, which provides for ease of installation and maintenance, thereby saving time and reducing costs.

The Model 229H fixture is ideal for industrial lighting needs, carrying a UL 1598 listing for both U.S. and Canadian markets. Fixtures can be mounted behind glass for use in paint booth applications, or suspended, for open industrial areas.

The versatile design includes a hinged ballast plate that allows for easy access to components, and a streamlined housing measuring 48-1/4" x 14-1/2" x 4", constructed of sturdy 20-gauge white enamel finished steel. The standard 5 ft. wire whip reduces installation time and costs by eliminating the need to open the fixture during the wiring process. Evenly spaced lamps provide for optimum light distribution. The fixture is available with 32, 40, 44 and 54-watt lamp output options and can operate on voltages from 110 - 277.

To accommodate different applications, the Model 229H open fixture can be either surface mounted or suspended from chains. Optional chain hanging kit and installation hardware are available. Acrylic lens or wire guard options are available upon request.
