Coolant Nozzles clamp onto Bridgeport knee-mill.

November 28, 2001 - QuillJet coolant nozzle manifold clamps onto quill of Bridgeport-type knee-mills. It comes with 2 swivel nozzles with fully adjustable flow control;up to 6 nozzles can be mounted. Since nozzles move up and down with tool, constant adjustments required with other systems are eliminated, and nozzles cause little or no loss of quill travel. Nozzles are available in various sizes to fit other knee mills.

New Clamp-On Coolant Nozzle System

The QuillJet coolant nozzle manifold clamps onto the quill of Bridgeport-type knee-mills. QuillJet comes standard with 2 SwivelMax nozzles with fully adjustable flow control. Up to six nozzles can be mounted. Since the nozzles move up and down with the tool, the constant adjustments required with other systems is eliminated. Being very compact, it causes little or no loss of quill travel. QuillJets are available in various sizes to fit most knee mills.
