Coolant Nozzle System fits CNC and manual machine tools.

November 28, 2001 - Versatile SwivelMax has large range of motion in each joint. Links swivel 72° to either side of centerline, enabling it to come full circle within 1.75 in. inscribed circle. Compact unit is suitable for tight spaces, while vibration-resistant joints provide reliability in CNC lathe turrets where inertial forces are high. Nozzles are available with variety of end nozzles and interchangeable orifices. Bases adapt to most machine tools.

New Modular Coolant Nozzle System

The SwivelMax coolant nozzle system is designed for CNC and manual machine tools. This extremely versatile system has an incredible range of motion in each joint. SwivelMax links swivel 72 degrees either side of centerline enabling it to come full circle within a 1.75 inch inscribed circle. It's compact design is ideal for tight spaces. The vibration resistant joints provide superior reliability in CNC lathe turrets where inertial forces are high. They are available with a variety of end nozzles and interchangeable orifices. A selection of bases will adapt to just about any machine tool.
