New Diaphragm Pumps from Thomas Handle Liquids or Mixed Wet/Dry Media

With their self-priming and dry-running characteristics, Series 5002 miniature diaphragm liquid pumps from Thomas are excellent choices for all-liquid or mixed wet/dry pumping applications in chemical, medical, laboratory, industrial and hygiene applications.

Model 5002F pumps (1.99" high x 1.18" wide x 3.19" long) are single-head. Model 5002FZ pumps (1.99" high x 1.18" wide x 4.88" long) have twin heads.

The pumps' oil-less design contributes to long life and prevents contamination of the pumped media. Standard materials include thermoplastic housings with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) diaphragm. Optional housing and diaphragm materials
are available for use when pumping particularly aggressive media.

Open flow is rated at 400 ml/min for single-head designs, 850 ml/min for twin-head. Maximum pressure is rated at 40 m H2O, with maximum dry suction at 6 m H2O. Both 12 VDC and 24 VDC versions are offered, with EMC (electromechanical compatibility) protection included as standard.
