Blow-Type Ionizers use variety of nozzles.

May 18, 2006 - Offered in 1-head, 2-head, and compact models, Koganei Blow-Type Ionizers use low voltage dc power to supply high voltage ac transformer, which produces high frequency ac field with ion balance and no damage to sensitive devices. Units are available with solid and flexible nozzles to provide coverage ranging from wide area to as close as 1 mm from workpiece. They can be located away from harsh temperatures, yet provide pinpoint accuracy for static electricity removal.

Humphrey Introduces New Koganei Blow-Type Ionizers

Humphrey Products Company has introduced a new line of Koganei Blow-Type Ionizers designed to remove static electricity in a broad range of applications. The Blow-Type Ionizer is available in one-head, two-head and compact models, with a range of optional solid and flexible nozzles to provide coverage from a wide area, to as close as 1mm from the workpiece. This enables the Koganei Blow-Type ionizer to be located away from harsh temperature extremes, yet provide pinpoint accuracy for static electricity removal. These ionizers use low voltage DC power to supply a high voltage AC transformer that produces a high frequency AC field with superior ion balance and no damage to sensitive devices.

In addition to the Blow-Type Ionizer, Humphrey also offers Koganei Fan Type Inonizers, available in five models for a wide range of electronic and packaging applications, and the Koganei Air Gun-Type Ionizer with a built-in compact high voltage power supply and discharging electrodes that can remove static electricity and blow off dust instantaneously.
