Collano Presents a New Deep-freeze Adhesive

Instant adhesion in the cold
The CollanoŽ L3 706 deep-freeze adhesive features outstanding quick-stick performance on cooled surfaces even with little initial pressure. The permanent tack of CollanoŽ L3 706 under deep-freeze conditions is excellent as well. In contrast to conventional deep-freeze adhesives, CollanoŽ L3 706 features low penetration and is therefore suitable for base papers without barrier primer. The advantage of this property is one hand, that the label manufacturer needs fewer base papers and on the other hand can use less expensive, unprimed base papers. The positive bottom line: Collano's
deep-freeze adhesive simplifies the production of deep-freeze labels while saving money, time, and warehousing space.

Safety and cost-effectiveness deep-freeze labels and deep-freeze labeling
The new generation of Collano deep-freeze labels combines low penetration with the excellent properties of a deep-freeze adhesive. It sticks well to packaging films and cardboard and can be used in a broad application window: refrigeration and deep-freeze range, labeling temperature down to -20°C, service temperature as low as -40°C, approved for indirect food contact.
