By eliminating small secondary gas ports, Hypertherm® HT4400® Nozzle avoids spatter build-up. To further decrease spatter, specialized plating can be used when cutting thick materials. Designs are available for most high current applications.

American Torch Tip Has redesigned the nozzle for the Hypertherm® HT4400® to improve cut quality by eliminating small secondary gas ports. This keeps the nozzle cleaner and avoids spatter build-up.
To further decrease spatter build up, ATTC has made available a nozzle with a specialized plating to be used when cutting thicker materials.
The new designs are available for most high current applications.
