Featuring respective working pressures up to 3,000 and 5,000 psi, 100R7 and 100R8 thermoplastic hose assemblies are available in standard black cover perforated for use on pneumatic systems. Hoses manufactured with orange cover are designed for use in non-conductive applications. In addition, 100R7 hoses are available in twin line form for use over mast and pulley systems on forklift trucks. It performs in temperatures down to -70°F.

The main difference between these two hoses is the pressure rating, the 100R7 has working pressures of up to 3000 P.S.I. and the 100R8 has a working pressure of up to 5000 P.S.I.
