TMP Introduces New MAXI-JET(TM) Vertical Injection Press

Cleveland, OH: Technical Machine Products (TMP), a global supplier of new and rebuilt presses and mixers for the rubber, composite and lamination markets, has introduced its MAXI-JET(TM) vertical injection press. This new press is engineered for rubber and silicone molding, and is on display for customer evaluations at its Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.

MAXI-JET(TM) is part of the Asian-sourced MAXIM(TM) Series line of hydraulic presses recently introduced by TMP. The line includes MAXI-JET(TM) Rubber Injection Systems and MAXIM(TM) Hydraulic Compression and Vacuum Presses. MAXI-JET(TM) is offered in standard models from 50 to 400-tons, with shot sizes up to 6,000cc. Custom designs of the line are available.

MAXI-JET(TM) 300-Ton Demo Available

On display at TMP is a 300-ton MAXI-JET(TM), with a shot size of 3000cc and 23" x 23" platen size. The press features a mold shuttle and mold-plate separators.

According to Ted Soberay, President, "Rubber molders are now able to see firsthand that MAXI-JET(TM) is not only the best priced press, but able to produce high quality parts to meet their customers' demands. And as with all of our products, MAXI-JET(TM) comes with a TMP warranty and full technical support."

In addition, TMP continues to market their line of custom-engineered Techni-Mold presses including the patented Vacu-Jet vertical injection press for vacuum or non-vacuum molding. A 100-ton model is also on display at TMP and available for customer testing.

TMP now has a vertical injection press for every aspect of the rubber molding industry. "We have the resources to outsource, design or manufacture the best presses, components, hydraulics and controls to meet any customer's molding process or budget requirements. Whether a molder's needs are for a standard or custom-engineered system, TMP can meet the most difficult or demanding applications. Our goal is to offer the greatest machinery versatility, rebuilding services and auxiliary equipment of any company in the world", says Soberay.
