March 9, 2006 - Featuring compact extended bending head, ErcoBender series of mandrel bending machines offer 3-axis bending of tube or pipe up to 5 in. diameter. Bending head allows bending radii as tight as 1.3x dia with under carriage rotation. Unit includes unlimited program storage, programmable mandrel retraction and mist lubrication boost carriage, clamp and die adjustment, extended length work-holding collet system, DRO, and large capacity hydraulic reservoir.

Ercobender® CNC Mandrel Bending Machines

Ercolina proudly introduces the ErcoBender series of mandrel bending machines. Operated by CNC controls ErcoBender machines offers 3-axis automatic bending of tube or pipe up to five-inch diameter. Heavy-duty construction with compact extended bending head allows bending radii as tight as 1.3 times diameter with under carriage rotation. Standard features include: Unlimited program storage, programmable mandrel retraction and mist lubrication, quick change tooling system, boost carriage, independent clamp and pressure die adjustment, extended length work-holding collet system, DRO for display of linear and axial positioning, large capacity hydraulic reservoir with automatic cooling system.
