New Integration Pact Optimizes Service Levels and Reduces Overall System Downtime
TORONTO, Feb. 27 / -- Opalis Software, Inc., the expert provider of enterprise infrastructure software, today announced Opalis Integration Pack for IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC). The new integration pack extends Opalis' support of leading systems management solutions and helps align the IT department with business initiatives by providing faster time to resolution. The combined solution simplifies data center management and automates processes to optimize service levels, reduce system downtime, and increase overall productivity.

The overall results -- greater alignment between business and IT initiatives, lowered operating costs, increased performance and availability, and better service levels.
