Master Lock Seal Tight(TM) Valve Lockout Protects Employees from Flow Reactivation
Lockout Removes Risk by Removing Valve Handle and Concealing Valve Stem
MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin - Master Lock is offering a patent pending Seal Tight(TM) Valve Lockout, designed to lock out ball valves easily and efficiently while protecting workers. Ball valves can be difficult to lock out as just a bump from a toolbox could cause fluid, steam or air to flow and endanger workers.
This single universal device locks out valves from 3/8" to 4" and fits both insulated pipes and valves located with tight clearances. The Seal Tight Valve Lockout is simple to apply with an intuitive wrapping strap and locking mechanism that accepts 4 padlocks or lockout hasps.
The lockout is lightweight and flexible, easily carried on the job and then folded for compact storage in safety toolboxes. It is constructed of durable PVC polyester fabric and HPDE plastic to withstand corrosive environments and operate in temperature extremes from -40° to 250° F.
The No. 468L Seal Tight Valve Lockout includes rewritable labels in English, French and Spanish. The Seal Tight(TM) Valve Lockouts are part of the Safety Series(TM) lockout devices and padlocks from Master Lock.
