Machine Vision System runs under Windows 2000.

Cincinnati Automation Ltd., Upgrades EZVision(TM) 14C High Performance Machine Vision Inspection And Robot Guidance System

Cincinnati Industrial Automation Ltd. has upgraded its new high performance machine vision and robot guidance system to include Windows 2000. The EZVision 14C system utilizes industry leading vision hardware and software along with Cincinnati Industrial Automation's EZVision operator interface. As with Cincinnati's other products, the complete system includes user friendly software, data file storage, industrial grade PC, vision processing software and PCB, I/O board, light, camera, and we set up the first inspection routine for the customer. The 14C machine vision system is fast and accurate with inspections including pattern matching, OCR/OCV, robot guidance, and other high performance functions as well as general-purpose inspections involving parts sorting, assembly verification and on-line gauging and measuring. On-site training, installation assistance or turnkey installation is available. The system is applicable in a variety of industries including automotive, electronics, semiconductor processing. food and beverage, healthcare, packaging, plastics and pharmaceuticals.
