ATLANTA, Jan. 16 / -- PEARL Protected, creators of the revolutionary Permanent Escape And Rescue Ladder (PEARL), announced the availability of the company's flagship product at the International Builders' Show (IBS) in Orlando last week (January 11-14, 2006). Unlike portable or other escape ladders, PEARL is a first-of-its-kind home safety device that is permanently installed into the wall space below upper- story windows, allowing homeowners to quickly and easily escape or be rescued in the event of a residential fire or other home emergency.
