Complete Fluid-System Solutions(TM) Provide Critical Time and Cost-Saving Supply Chain Efficiencies with Single-Source Integrity

Boonton, NJ: Complete Fluid-System Solutions(TM) from Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit enhance product design and development by transforming the fluid component supply chain into a highly efficient, single-source design, development, and manufacturing process that assures full system reliability, integrity, and fast turnaround on inert fluid transfer products.

With a dedicated staff of application and design engineers to select and customize hundreds of in-stock inert fluid system components, Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit are able to offer unique, project-specific customized solutions to address problems related to non-standard materials of construction, distinctive geometries, and specific flow requirements.

Materials of construction include PEEK, Teflon, Tefzel, PPS, PFA, acrylic, Delrin, Kynar, polypropylene, polyethylene, Chemraz, Kalrez, Perlast, silicone, stainless steel & aluminum. Pressures vary from vacuum to 500 psi. Port sizes range from ¼-28 flat bottom to ¼" NPT. Space-saving designs on micro pumps and valves have reduced the required width to only 0.40" or 10mm per valve. Flow rate capabilities extend from the nanoliter range to over 5000 ml / min.

Beginning with a full-system understanding of how the finished instrument needs to work, Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit provide fully complimentary connections for easy integration to other subsystem components.

In order to further expand the OEM's supply chain efficiency initiatives, Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit offer in-house assembly and testing services that reduce or eliminate sub-assembly manufacturing and quality assurance testing. For example, Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit have the capability to customize manifolds and integrate valves, pumps, fittings and bundled tubing harnesses into one fully tested and warranted assembly.

A full range of customizable inert fluid system components includes precision-controlled micro pumps, pinch valves, isolation valves, pivot valves, flow selection manifold valves, in-line check valves, relief valves, rotary valves, manual valves, space-saving custom manifold assemblies, tubing sets, reagent bottles, multi-functional bottle caps, height-adjusting chromatography columns, connectors, filters and fittings.

Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit inert fluid transfer system components are used in OEM applications for analytical, biotech, clinical diagnostics, chromatography, life sciences, environmental, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, ink jet printing and other high purity markets.
