Lincoln Offers Tank Monitoring System

ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced its LFC Tank Monitoring System. Designed to electronically manage, maintain and verify product delivery and inventory, the system bases its tank level readings on real-time fluid levels by utilizing an ultrasonic probe.

The system automatically records product delivery providing independent verification of amount delivered. Functioning as an integral part of Lincoln's LFC 3000, the LFC Tank Monitoring System also can be used as a stand alone unit.

The system's control box manages all aspects of the system and contains a keypad, LCD display, power supply and land-line modem. Managing up to 16 ultrasonic tank gauge probes by tracing volumes and monitoring warning levels, the LFC Tank Monitoring System utilizes its modem to link the oil company directly to its customers to improve logistics and schedule deliveries.

The remote transfer of data is secured with site IDs, security codes and keypad phone numbers. The system can run PC reports by site, product, forecast, event log and level log.
