PCB Adapter offers protection from harsh environments.


January 12, 2006 - Han® Q 7/0 PCB adaptor enables Han Q 7/0 inserts of Han Q series to be directly connected to PCBs. Used with inserts in combination with standard and EMC type housings size Han 3 A, hoods and housings provide protection in harsh industrial environments against water, dust, and electromagnetic influences. Using EMC hoods and housings with PCB adaptor and Han Q 7/0 inserts ensures electromagnetic compatibility and RFI specification standards can be met.

Han® Q 7/0 PCB Adaptor


With the addition of the new Han® Q 7/0 PCB adaptor the Han® Q 7/0 inserts of Han® Q series can be directly connected to PC boards. The adapter can be used with inserts in combination with standard and EMC type housings size Han® 3 A.

These hoods and housings feature the necessary protection in harsh industrial environment against water, dust as well as electromagnetic influences. The choice of housing type depends on the application. Using the EMC hoods and housings in combination with the PCB adaptor and the Han® Q 7/0 inserts ensures Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Frequency Interference specification standards can be met, guaranteeing reliable and secure high frequency industrial communications.
