Rockford Fosgate® dealer option audio upgrade kit replaces factory front door speakers with 6½ in. triaxial speakers for crispness and clarity. Subwoofer enclosure, featuring 10 in. long-throw subwoofer and 150 W custom MOSFET amplifiers, is molded to fit contours of vehicle and can be removed to fold seats flat. Kit includes all necessary wiring harnesses, adapters, and templates for plug-and-play assembly.

Dealer Option Audio Upgrade for Factory Installed Systems
TEMPE, Ariz., Sept. 15 / -- Rockford Corporation (NASDAQ:ROFO) today announced the launch of its Rockford Fosgate(R) factory audio upgrade kit, a dealer option audio solution that adds punch and sizzle to factory installed audio systems in today's popular automobiles.
Developed completely from the ground up for each vehicle, the audio upgrade kit significantly improves factory installed stereos with amplified subwoofer and speaker components that offer legendary Rockford Fosgate aftermarket quality and performance while retaining the cosmetics and system specific features of OEM factory systems.

Upgrade kit key features include:
Front Stage Upgrade
Factory front door speakers replaced with high-performance Rockford Fosgate 6-1/2" triaxial speakers to deliver the clarity and crispness lacking in most factory systems.
Subwoofer Upgrade
Vehicle-specific subwoofer enclosure under the 2nd row molded to fit the contours of the vehicle perfectly. 10" long-throw subwoofers and 150W custom MOSFET amplifiers deliver a dynamic punch and are matched to work optimally with the enclosure and factory systems. Subwoofer enclosures can be easily removed to fold seats flat.
System Performance Upgrade
Rockford Fosgate audio engineers tune each component to work together as a complete system solution with the existing factory components.
Ease of Installation
The upgrade kit includes all necessary wiring harnesses, adapters and templates to allow dealers easy plug-and-play assembly.
Supported Platforms
Popular vehicles supported include the Hummer H2 SUV and SUT, Chevy Tahoe, Suburban and Avalanche, Cadillac Escalade/Escalade EXT, GMC Yukon, Denali and Denali XL.
Availability and Pricing
The Hummer H2 SUV and SUT version is scheduled to launch in November 2005 with an MSRP of $998.44.
