January 6, 2006 - Sealed against external contamination, stud-mounted Model 2010A utilizes integral electronics for taking general vibration measurements on structures and objects. It has bandwidth up to 10 kHz and transmits its low-impedance voltage output through same cable that supplies constant current power. Side connector is used with 10-ft coaxial cable terminated with 10-32 connector for error-free operation.

VIP SENSORS Announces New Integral Electronics (IEPE) Piezoelectric Accelerometer


San Juan Capistrano, California - VIP SENSORS introduces a new product - The Model 2010A is a stud mounted piezoelectric accelerometer with integral electronics (IEPE) for general vibration measurements on structures and objects. It features a high signal-to-noise ratio, a high output sensitivity and a wide bandwidth up to 10 kHz. The accelerometer transmits its low impedance voltage output through the same cable that supplies the constant current power. The Model 2010A design is sealed against external contamination. The accelerometer features a side connector that is used with a 10-foot coaxial cable terminated with a 10-32 connector for error-free operation.

VIP Sensors offers a range of piezoelectric and voltage mode accelerometers, signal conditioners, data acquisition systems, cable assemblies and accessories.
