Disposable Sterile Batch Filling Assemblies from AdvantaPure Eliminate Leaks & Entrapment Concerns

For Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Other Critical Process Applications

Southampton, PA - AdvantaPure announces the immediate availability of Disposable Sterile Batch Filling Assemblies manufactured entirely of platinum-cured, Class VI silicone. Designed for processing applications in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, the assemblies are custom made to meet individual requirements and available in a wide variety of styles.

AdvantaPure combines platinum-cured, Class VI silicone tubing with molded fittings, stoppers, and other components in a process that permanently bonds the parts into a single, leak-free unit. Entrapment concerns, common with the use of barbed fittings, are eliminated. Other advantages include:
o A secure, closed system for a pure product
o Reduced opportunities for contamination
o Different fitting styles-Y's, T's, cross T's, reducers, mini and standard Tri-Clamps® -available in various sizes
o A smooth interior, without seams or crevices, for uninterrupted flow
o Silicone's wide range of temperature resistance: -100°F to 400°F
o Extreme flexibility
o Sterilizable by autoclave and gamma processes
o Documented lot traceability

Another important benefit of Disposable Sterile Batch Filling Assemblies is the reduction of end-user assembly time and labor. Each assembly arrives ready for use-there's no need to attach multiple fittings to individual pieces of tubing, then secure those fittings with clamps or tie wraps. The assembly technicians at AdvantaPure can also attach filters, stoppers, bags, and other components.
