FxFoto Portable Pictures, the first photo software designed specifically for traveling and on-the-go digital photo users, is a complete suite designed to run directly from U3 powered USB smart drives, occupying only a few megabytes and leaving more than enough room for digital image storage.
U3 smart drives create a private and portable workspace that simply plugs into any computer. Applications such as FxFoto can be carried on any U3 powered USB smart drive and launched on any PC running Windows XP or 2000 for a highly mobile and secure computing experience. FxFoto Portable Pictures allows users to not only take their pictures with them, but also carry a complete application to manage, edit and share them.
FxFoto is targeted at home digital camera owners, photography enthusiasts and scrapbookers, giving them everything they need to import, organize, edit and present their digital photographs. Portable Pictures provides all FxFoto Deluxe Edition features in a compact portable format, including advanced creativity tools for making collages and slide shows with impressive effects. Portable Pictures can also securely lock photos and shows with optional passwords and 128 bit encryption, so sensitive images can be safely carried wherever users go. The entire application easily installs on U3 smart drives and takes up about 4MB of storage, less than 2% of a 256MB device.
