New CPP Program Saves High Tolerance Parts from Scrap Heap
A new treatment system from CortecŪ can save rusted high tolerance parts from the scrap heap. The CPP Program can restore metal parts and equipment to operational specification preventing the loss of tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. It is especially designed for use where sandblasting can not be used to maintain tolerances or reach all metal surfaces to be restored.
The Clean, Preserve and Protect (CPP) Program utilizes CortecŪ Patented Chemistries in a 3 step system to remove corrosion from metal parts, clean the parts, and then preserve the restored parts. The program is available in a variety of systems including environmentally friendly, biodegradable, zero VOC processing.
The CortecŪ CPP Program can be used for small stampings to large parts, for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers the flexibility of establishing a system to process smaller parts in bulk and extremely large parts individually. Restored parts can be used for immediate service or put into storage with preservation options from 1 to 15 years. It means that rusted automotive components, metal stampings, and large equipment parts can avoid the scrap heap and be restored to a profitable service life.
