Laminated Anti-Fatigue Matting helps keep work area safe.

December 6, 2005 - NoTrax laminated matting is constructed utilizing UniFusion lamination technology, which incorporates heat and pressure to fuse mat top surface to foam base material. Resulting unbreakable bond offers no possibility of de-lamination. Process eliminates possibility of buckling, edge curling, and other trip hazards, promoting safer work environment. Full 1 in. thick Grande series is also available with UniFusion process.

Another First from NoTrax: Laminated Anti-Fatigue Matting with a Bond that's Guaranteed for Life!

Introducing UniFusion Technology
Chicago, Illinois - November 2005 - Superior Manufacturing Group (SMG), manufacturer of the NoTrax family of floor matting products, has developed a unique new lamination technology called UniFusion. This groundbreaking new process creates a bond that is so strong, it's guaranteed for the life of the mat.

UniFusion incorporates heat and pressure to fuse the mat top surface to the foam base material creating a virtually unbreakable bond and eliminating any possibility of de-lamination, a problem inherent in laminated floor matting. "UniFusion really raises the bar for quality and allows us to do what we do best, develop quality products, and stand behind them," states Vince DePhillips, President of Superior Manufacturing. "We're so sure of this product, that if a bond fails on any of our mats that incorporate the UniFusion process, we'll replace it at no cost...for life! It's that simple".

De-lamination occurs when a mat top surface separates from the base material. This can cause the top to buckle, or the edges to curl, creating a trip hazard. By eliminating de-lamination, the end result is a safer work environment, and reduced costs associated with injury claims. DePhillips adds, "Providing safe working conditions is as equally important to us as developing the highest quality products possible for our customers. UniFusion provides us with the opportunity to do both".

All standard NoTrax laminated products, including the full 1" thick Grande series, are manufactured with the UniFusion process.

Superior Manufacturing Group is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with additional manufacturing and distribution facilities in Georgia, Mississippi, and The Netherlands. For over 50 years, Superior has been dedicated to serving the needs of the floor matting industry with quality products, customer service, and sales support. Superior's NoTrax family of floor matting products can be found in a wide variety of applications for the industrial and commercial markets.
