Compatible with most machine tools, Model DS1200-MTL uses robotic technology to load and unload parts. It accepts stacks of trays from carts, eliminating operator lifting. From position next to machine tool, robotic arm feeds parts directly into chuck, spindle, fixture, or machine tool's internal loader. Model DS1200-MTL is also capable of performing secondary operations such as part washing, packout, and stacking.
