Available for washers, shoulder washers, and spacers, RAPID SOFT TOOLING (RST) process is capable of producing parts in one week from approved drawing. It is suited for fast-paced design engineering and low-volume production runs. Requirements include max ODs of 1 1/16 in. and max IDs of 7/8 in., with min wall thickness of 1/32 in. for small parts and 3/64 in. for larger parts. Minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces is required.

We're excited to announce that MICRO PLASTICS can now provide "RAPID SOFT TOOLING". This NEW process is available for Washers, Shoulder Washers and Spacers. (RST) is ideal for fast paced design engineering and low volume production runs. This new feature allows parts to be produced in One Week from the approved drawing, to the finished product.
Some of our requirements are as follows: Maximum OD's are 1-1/16" (26,97mm), and maximum ID's are 7/8" (22,22mm), with a minimum wall thickness of 1/32" (0,79mm) for small parts, and 3/64" (1,19mm) for larger parts. A minimum quantity order of 1000 pieces is also required.
