In-Line Powder Disperser offers throughputs to 400 gpm.

December 7, 2005 - Available in 4 sanitary and industrial designed models offering liquid throughputs from 3 gpm, ZC5 is engineered to incorporate and disperse powders into liquid stream in single-pass. Rotor/stator design enables shearing of powders prior to hydration, producing homogeneous dispersions free of lumps and fish-eyes. Vacuum permits concentrations up to 25% by weight to be generated with minimal air entrainment. Design eliminates over-processing and wastages.

New Model ZC5 In-Line Powder Disperser

Quadro Ytron(TM) welcome a new addition to the ZC Disperser family. The ZC5 Powder Disperser is uniquely engineered to incorporate and disperse large quantities of powders into a liquid stream in a single-pass at flow rates up to 400 gpm. The advanced design of the ZC Disperser's rotor/stator provides for intense shearing of powders prior to hydration, to produce homogeneous dispersions that are completely free of lumps and "fish-eyes". A near-perfect vacuum permits concentrations up to 25% by weight to be generated with minimal air entrainment. Because the powder is completely hydrated, yield is maximized and over-processing and wastages are eliminated compared to other in-line, high-shear and in-tank technologies. The ZC will typically reduce batch times by 80%. There are four (4) sanitary and industrial designed models available offering liquid throughputs from 3 to 400 GPM.
