Max speed runs from 5,100-13,500 rpm, and operating temperature is -20 to +200°F. Teflon-filled acetal A 7Z45 Series includes 5 sizes with bearing IDs from .189-.501 in. Max radial load ranges from 48-320 lb, and max speed runs from 4,630-2,180 rpm. Operating temperature is -40 to +180°F.

Two New Series of Flange Mounted Pressbearings from SDP Feature Acetal or Sintered Bronze Bearings
New Hyde Park, New York - Two new series for flange mounted pressbearings from Stock Drive Products (an ISO 9001 manufacturer) feature Teflon filled acetal or oil impregnated sintered bronze bearings. They are used in a large variety of products including: business machines, motors, powertools, medical devices, computer peripherals, etc. These pressbearings are all self-lubricating and self-aligning to ± 5°. The flange and retainer is made of zinc plated carbon steel.
The sintered bronze units, identified as the A 7Z42 Series, are stocked in 5 sizes with bearing I.D.'s ranging from .188" to .501". Maximum heights vary from .425" to .670". Their maximum radial load ranges from 140 lb. to 600 lb. Maximum speed runs from 5100 rpm to 13500 rpm. Operating temperature for this series is -20° F to +200° F.
The Teflon filled acetal units, identified at the A 7Z45 Series, are stocked in 5 sizes with bearing I.D.'s ranging from .189" to .501". Their maximum radial load ranges from 48 lbs. to 320 lbs. Maximum speed runs from 4630 rpm to 2180 rpm. Operating temperature for this series is -40°F to +180°F. The acetal bearing material offers exceptional corrosion resistance and is not affected by most solvents
