The HASCO hot runner nozzles series Z201/ ... Value Shot is a further development of the proven hot runner nozzle Z200/... and has been developed especially for demanding processing tasks in the packaging sector.
Special emphasis has been placed on ease of maintenance which can be guaranteed by total replaceability of all the relevant components such as heater, thermocouple, nozzle body and tips.
The nozzle is designed for multi-use, even for close pitch cavities, and is further distinguished by its fine length and diameter graduation as well as an optimum gate appearance.
It is offered in three sizes 25, 32 and 45 mm and lengths of 50 - 125 mm. The nozzle dimensions and mounting spaces are identical to the proven hot runner nozzle Z200/... so that existing moulds can be equipped with this new nozzle series if necessary.
The Value Shot is suitable above all for processing polyolefins and styrenes in a shot weight range of 5 - 200 g. However, because of the homogeneous temperature profile and the high pressure resistance, other plastics can be processed reliably following consultation with the HASCO Application engineers.
The excellent price/performance ratio is also worth a mention, allowing high-level hot runner systems to be calculated and implemented at extremely attractive prices.
As an ideal supplement to the Z201/... nozzle series, HASCO offers cooled chamber bushings H5300/.../S for optimum heat dissipation from the gate area. These chamber bushings are made individually for every application to customer specifications. They guarantee optimum part quality for installation situations in which the heat dissipation would normally be a problem.
