Compatible with SIPLACEŽ feeders and placement machines, RFID Smart Feeder retrofit kit installs on any machine in field for models S, F, HS, HF, and C-series. Kit converts feeders to smart feeders by adding RFID tag to each feeder. RF antenna and reader is mounted on each machine feeder bank (changeover table) and/or feeder storage cart to automatically detect RFID and precise location of each feeder in each feeder slot.

Cogiscan Introduces SIPLACEŽ Compatible RFID Smart Feeder Retrofit Kit at Productronica
Cogiscan is pleased to announce the introduction of a new RFID Smart Feeder retrofit kit compatible with SIPLACEŽ feeders and placement machines. The Cogiscan RFID Smart Feeder kit can be quickly installed on any machine in the field for models S, F, HS, HF and C-series.
The customer's inventory of feeders can be converted to "smart" feeders by simply adding a low-cost RFID tag to each feeder. An RF antenna and reader is mounted on each machine feeder bank (changeover table) and/or feeder storage cart to automatically detect the unique identity and the precise location of each feeder in each feeder slot.
This new product will be demonstrated in two different locations during Productronica in Munich from November 15 to 18, 2005:
A4-380 : PB-Technik (Cogiscan local distributor in Germany)
A5-224 : Hover-Davis (Cogiscan technology partner)
