Medical Isolation Transformer, Model TDYN120-12m, features 120 Vac, 60 Hz input and 120 V, 125 Va output. Measuring 6.50 x 3.75 x 2.89 in., desktop configuration is equipped with SJT hospital grade cord and is approved to UL60601-1 and cUL (CSA) 22.2 No. 601-1. Options include green LED power indicator and 1 or 2 isolation NEMA 5-15R outputs.
