Large Sizes of Flexible PVC & Polyurethane Tubing Now Available from NewAge Industries
Hard-to-Find Sizes - Up to 3" O.D. - Now an Option
Southampton, PA - It can be difficult to locate a supplier for large sizes of clear, flexible PVC or Polyurethane tubing, but NewAge Industries is pleased to announce that it has the capability to produce sizes up to 3" O.D. Such tubing may be used for air and gas lines, fluid discharge and transfer, protective jacketing and insulation sleeving, powder or granular transfer, and more.
While a number of manufacturers offer unreinforced tubing in sizes of 2" O.D. and smaller, suppliers of larger sizes - 2-1/2" I.D. x 3" O.D., 2-3/4" I.D. x 3" O.D. - can be difficult to source. This style is often desirable for simple air and fluid feeds where flexibility and clarity are needed. Reinforced types of PVC or Polyurethane tubing, while readily available, may be more costly and are often available only in dark, opaque colors. Rigid pipe is also an option but involves extra cuts and fitting connections for each turn or bend.
NewAge Industries stocks PVC tubing in large sizes such as 2-1/2" I.D. x 3" O.D. The complete unreinforced PVC line includes 47 sizes with the smallest being 1/16" I.D. Polyurethane tubing is stocked in sizes ranging from 1/16" through 2" I.D., with 2-1/2" and 2-3/4" I.D. available on a custom basis. Either material may be colorized, specially packaged, cut to specified lengths, or heat formed into shapes. A special PVC-Polyurethane blend is even available for durability with reduced surface tack.
