AE Light Introduces Power Light 14(TM) for Search/Rescue and Additional Applications as Vast as One's Imagination
AE Light, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allsman Enterprises, LLC of Grants Pass, OR, just introduced another powerful, lightweight 14W HID Power Light(TM). More than a powerful flashlight, the model PL14, 14W Power Light(TM) is better described as a personal searchlight. It produces 800+ lumens of true white light in a compact beam.
Smaller and lighter than its bigger brother the 24W Power Light(TM) (PL24), this new 14W model which is pictured with the 24W model, is ideal for law enforcement, border patrol, search & rescue, maritime interdiction, and long-range target identification or recreational activities including camping, hunting, hiking, aviation, and as an emergency light everywhere.
Protective rubber lens & end caps help with shock absorption. Strap rings and a strap are included for easy carrying on long hikes. The end cap houses the charger receptacle for convenient access when charging this personal searchlight. It comes with a 100/240VAC charger with automatic over charge protection and for maximum versatility; a 12/24VDC charger is available so it can be charged in one's home, car, RV, boat, or aircraft.
A rechargeable lithium ion battery delivers power to illuminate this powerful flashlight for 1.5+ hours with full charge. The battery has a life span of 500+ charges and can be changed easily.
All Power Light's(TM) carry a one year warranty. The 14W model is available in anodized black and measures 2.25 inches (at base) x 12.7 inches long and weighs less than 2 lbs. Its lens is clear hardened glass, (+180° - +220°), and the color temperature of PL14 lamp is 6500Ką. Controlling the light is an electronic ballast powered by the rechargeable 12.0V / Lithium ion battery.
Power Light 14(TM) starts instantly in less than 8 seconds to full brightness and is hot re-strike capable. Power Light 14(TM) is constructed with corrosion resistant cast aluminum. Options include, amber Lens, and 12/24VDC fast charger.
