PRES-PAK tack boards are pressure-sensitive adhesive boards that can be manufactured to exact customer specifications including shape, sizes, die-cuts, and single- or double-coated adhesive on corrugated, chipboard and light tag materials.
Shippers simply peel off the release liner, stick the parts on, and they'll stay firmly in place during transit or storage until ready for use. Parts are then easily removed without residue. Moreover, parts can be pre-arranged on the board by suppliers to conform to their customers' assembly line timing to save hours of sorting and distribution time.
Importantly, PRES-PAK tack boards eliminate the need for separate containers because all the parts of a final product can be put onto a single board, regardless of shape or size.
