Epoxy Adhesive is NASA outgassing approved.

September 30, 2005 - With working life of 60 min, black medium-viscosity TRA-CAST 3145 can be cured in 24 hr at ambient temperatures or more quickly at elevated temperatures. Product is thermally conductive, electrically insulating, and suitable for staking transistors, diodes, resistors, ICs, and other heat-sensitive components in PCB applications. TRA-CAST 3145 has 100% reactive solids content, offers Shore D hardness of 90, and is also useful as potting compound.

TRA-CAST 3145: High Performance Casting System

TRA-CAST 3145 is a black, medium-viscosity epoxy adhesive with a high glass transition temperature and a Shore D hardness of 90. It has a working life of 60 minutes and can be cured in 24 hours at ambient temperatures or more quickly at elevated temperatures. It is thermally conductive and electrically insulating, and perfect for staking transistors, diodes, resistors, integrated circuits, and other heat-senstive components in PCB applications. It is NASA outgassing approved and has 100% reactive solids content.

The coefficient of expansion of TRA-CAST 3145 allows it to bond to many different materials, and it is also useful as a potting compound. It is perfect for all of your casting needs!
