Production Cleaners meet manufacturing environment needs.

CIMCLEAN M Series includes liquid cleaning compounds and corrosion inhibitors for use in high-pressure production spray washers, while CIMCLEAN floor cleaners are suited for mechanical floor scrubbers. Other products include CIMCLEAN HA 406 heavy-duty, non-silicataed, non-phosphated chelated caustic cleaner, HA 484 alkaline cleaning compound, and DG 80 heavy-duty degreaser and general-purpose cleaner. Non-foaming MA 303 contains blended emulsification and rust inhibition package.

CIMCOOL® Launches Line of Production Cleaners
CINCINNATI, OH - According to Don Miller, North American sales manager, Global Industrial Fluids, Milacron Industrial Products, CIMCOOL has launched a broad line of production cleaners designed to address virtually every cleaning need that arises in the manufacturing environment - machined parts of various materials, machine surfaces, floors and walls.
"Milacron has been the leader in developing safe, quality and effective metalworking fluid technology," Miller says, "and was the first to introduce a synthetic metal-working fluid more than 60 years ago. Now, we're introducing CIMCLEAN® production cleaners."
The CIMCLEAN M Series - MA 338, MA 359, MA 322, and MA 360 - is a line of liquid cleaning compounds and corrosion inhibitors designed for use in high-pressure production spray washers to remove coolants, machining fluids and honing oils from machined metal surfaces.
The CIMCLEAN family of floor cleaners - FC 35, FC 42, FC 44, FC 46, FC 60 and FC 79 - are specifically designed for use in mechanical floor scrubbers to remove grease, oil and shop dirt from concrete, wood block, terrazzo, and vinyl floor tiles.
They also excel at cleaning metals, plastics, finished wood and most painted surfaces.
A final group of CIMCLEAN cleaners addresses further needs. CIMCLEAN HA 406 is a heavy duty, non-silicataed, non-phosphated chelated caustic cleaner for the removal of rust and pigmented drawing and swedging compounds from steel.
HA 484 is an alkaline cleaning compound specifically for use in cleaning machining coolants, drawing compounds and oils from aluminum, steel, brass or galvanized surfaces in high pressure spray washers and can also be used in dip or soak operations.
DG 80 is a heavy-duty degreaser and general-purpose cleaner for cleaning machines, equipment, concrete floors and parts.
MA 303 contains a blended emulsification and rust inhibition package which is non-foaming and is compatible with hard as well as soft water.
