Spirol Ascutney Expands Range of Precision Machined Nuts

WINDSOR, VT - Spirol Ascutney, a subsidiary of Spirol International Corporation, has expanded its standard line of precision machined nuts. Their new, expanded, standard nut series consist of the following:

- Series H10 Finished Hex Nuts

- Series H11 Heavy Hex Nuts

- Series H20 Hex Jam Nuts

- Series H21 Heavy Hex Jam Nuts

- Series H30 Hex Machine Screw Nuts

- Series H31 Small Pattern Hex Machine Screw Nuts

- Series H40 Hex Panel Nuts

- Series R10 Round Panel Nuts

- Series C10 Closed Cap Nuts

- Series C20 Open Cap Nuts

- Series T10 Knurled Thumb Nuts

These standards are available in a wide range of inch sizes. Standard materials are brass, 303 stainless steel, and aluminum. Standard finishes are plain, bright nickel, passivated, and zinc with chromate.

Spirol Ascutney machined nuts are tapped 100% square to the face of the part. They are superior to cold formed and punched nuts. They are clean, burr free, and ready to use.

Innovative engineering, CNC machines, and purpose-modified automatic screw machines yield production rates that permit Spirol Ascutney to offer quality parts at pricing comparable to less precise manufacturing methods.

A new full-color, 12-page product catalog includes features, benefits, and dimensional data for these precision machined nuts. In addition, it includes two pages devoted to special sizes, materials, and finishes as well as Spirol Ascutney's capability to provide nuts to military specifications, and new CNC capabilities.

The company's web site, www.spirolascutney.com, has been updated to include this expanded range.
