Eilon Engineering's Newest Generation of Wireless Crane Scales and Dynamometers
Eilon Engineering's newest generation of Wireless Crane Scales and Dynamometers has been developed with the latest technology and innovative features for all industry applications, especially for foundries and environments of high temperatures. The RON Crane Scale systems offer unique features which improve safety & efficiency for plant operations.
The sophisticated options on our Wireless RON 2501 systems were specifically designed with unique adaptations for foundries & high temperature environments, where high temperatures cause problems for other scales. An internal load cell thermometer transmits the load cells interior temperature to the indicator allowing the user to know when the system needs to be pulled away from the heat. Special insulated fiber heat shields that cover the load cells electronic boards including the R.F. transmitter, delays temperature rises in the load cell. The heat shield package also includes a radiation shield consisting of a metal plate that protects the load cells electronic housing from the heat radiating from molten metals.
We are capable of having 15 different wireless systems (possibly more) that can work in the same area without any interference with each other or other wireless equipment in the vicinity. The Wireless RON 2501 systems have an internal mechanism that ensures that the received and indicated values are identical to the transmitted value. Under no circumstances will it indicate a different value then the transmitted one, which is a very important safety feature.
Being the smallest in the world enables the user to take our systems anywhere in a convenient carrying case and being this small allows for minimum headroom loss. Standard features of our systems are:
o Disposable AA batteries for at least 2,000 hours of continuous working time
o Accuracy of 0.1% of f.s.
o Tare state
o Max. value (peak hold)
o Safety factor of 5:1
o Proof load tested at 200% of capacity.
With our RON systems we can offer many different options on our crane scales & dynamometers. Each system is custom made to the customer's specifications for their applications.
Options for various systems are:
o Summarize measurements of up to 8 different load cells and possibly more in certain conditions
o Integral data loggers (up to 600/3,000 or 6,000 measurements)
o Totalize
o Additional indicators
o Display sizes of ½", 1", 2" LCD or 4" LED displays
o Selectable units
o Baud rates
o RS-232 wired or wireless (on certain models), continuous or on demand
o Set points
o Audible alarms
o Up to 30 measurements per second on select models
o IP67 offshore connectors
o IP68 load cells with under water capabilities
o Real time clock
o Swivel hook (RON 3050 only)

o Convenient carrying cases for shackle type systems
