Meter-Treater, Inc. (M-Ti) of Lake Park Florida Introduces the New MST Series Modular Surge Treater!
The patent pending MST Series is a modular, parallel installed Surge Protection Device designed for commercial, industrial and residential applications. Models are available for all standard electrical services and provide 57kA of surge energy handling per phase. This rating is 5.7 times the energy handling of the IEEE's highest Category C location rating.
The MST unit incorporates a single replaceable, MT57 protection module that is completely self-contained. This module even includes the fusing and diagnostic circuitry. In the unlikely event of a modular failure, you can replace the MT57 in the field, thereby eliminating the need to remove the entire unit from service.
The technology used to design the MST Series is backed by nineteen (19) years of successful use in the field. This design has been implemented in hundreds of thousands of meter base units that have been operating nationwide.
This product has a 15-year limited warranty and one free replacement module (if needed).
