Designed for loading and unloading machine tools, multiple grippers, and transfer lines, Models SW50D4, SW74D4, SW100D4, SW155D4, and SW195D4 have pivoting transfer plate that rotates 180° under 8 bar pneumatic pressure. Built-in air manifolds provide tangle-free transmission of air to attachments, and through hole can be used to carry wiring, hoses, or rods through center. Max cycle time is adjustable to 171/min, and torque ratings range from 1.5-120 Nm @ 6 bar.

Each angled swivel unit has a through hole which can be used to carry a myriad of items, such as: electric wiring, water hoses or even piston rods through the center. All units have built in air manifolds which allow for tangle free transmission of air to your attachments. Maximum cycle times for can be adjusted up to 171 per minute, depending on the model and weight of the end effector.
