September 23, 2005 - Combining weighing and wrapping into one operation, semi-automatic Sidewinder 4LP WRAP-N-WEIGH integrates precision scale and digital controls with turntable. It features anti-static pre-stretch rollers, steel-it paint to prevent corrosion, and electronically controlled film tension adjustment. Machine also includes Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC, 3-wrap pattern selections, self-diagnostics, and operator controls with dual LED wrap counters.

ARPAC GROUP Exhibits Sidewinder 4LP with WRAP-N-WEIGH Stretch Wrapper at Print 2005 Show

ARPAC Group, leaders in packaging solutions for the printing and publishing industry, will demonstrate the Sidewinder 4 Low Profile WRAP-N-WEIGH stretch wrapper this year at Print 2005 Show - Booth # 12043.

This heavy-duty semi-automatic stretch wrapper combines wrapping and weighing into one operation by integrating a precision scale and digital controls with the turntable. Combining the two functions into one brings greater economy and efficiency to any wrapping operation requiring weighing and is space efficient by eliminating the need for an additional scale.

The Sidewinder 4 handles pallets with 4,000 lb. capacity and includes standard features such as: industry standard Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC, steel-it paint to prevent corrosion, anti-static pre-stretch rollers, user-friendly operator controls with dual LED wrap counters, built in self-diagnostics, 3-wrap pattern selections, an electronically controlled film tension adjustment and much more.
