Electric Universal Oven suits paint baking operations.

August 23, 2005 - With workspace dimensions of 36 x 36 x 48 in., electrically-heated 500°F No. 953 is equipped with 9 kW Nichrome wire heating elements and 600 cfm, ½ hp recirculating blower. It is constructed with 4 in. insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior, and integral leg stand. Oven includes explosion-venting hardware, digital temperature controller, and powered forced exhauster with airflow safety switch and purge timer.

500°F Electric Universal Oven

No. 953 is an electrically-heated, 500°F universal oven from Grieve, currently used for various paint baking operations at a customer's facility. Workspace dimensions measure 36"W x 36"D x 48"H. 9kW installed in Nichrome wire heating elements provide the power, while a 600 CFM, 1/2-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal front-to-rear airflow.

This universal oven features 4" insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior and an integral leg stand.

Safety equipment required for handling flammable solvents is onboard this Grieve oven, including explosion-venting door hardware, powered forced exhauster with airflow safety switch and purge timer.

No. 953 also features a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
